Role Description The Graphic Design Intern will support the creative team in developing visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media posts, marketing materials, product visuals, and presentation decks. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in layout design, adapting brand guidelines across various formats, creating simple illustrations and icons, preparing files for production, and collaborating with marketing and content teams to deliver cohesive campaigns. The intern will also help with basic photo editing, asset organization, and maintaining a consistent brand identity across platforms. This is an internship role based on-site in Chandigarh, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced wellness brand environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational graphic design skills, including proficiency with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva or equivalent design software.
Candidates should possess skills in layout and typography, visual storytelling, and basic illustration, with an eye for color, composition, and brand consistency.
Candidates should possess skills in digital content creation for social media, web banners, and email campaigns, with an understanding of design formats and size requirements.
Candidates should possess skills in image editing and asset preparation, including exporting files in appropriate formats and organizing design resources for team use.
Relevant qualifications include current enrollment in or recent completion of a design, visual communication, fine arts, or related program, along with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with video editing or motion graphics basics, interest in health and wellness branding, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in an on-site team setting.
