Project Manager – Construction (Hospitality)

About the Role
Regency Holidayz Pvt. Ltd. is the developer behind jüSTa Hollow Oak and jüSTa Riverside Resort in Uttarakhand. We're hiring a Project Manager – Construction to lead Phase 3 development at jüSTa Hollow Oak (Mussoorie), support renovation work at jüSTa Riverside Resort (Srinagar), and oversee early-stage work at our newly leased site. This is a multi-property mandate for someone who wants ownership of a growing hospitality portfolio, not just one job site.
What You'll Do
Own the site: schedule, budget, quality, and safety across active projects
Coordinate with owners, the architect, consultants, and contractors (civil, structural, MEP, HVAC, FF&E)
Prepare BOQs and BBS for owner approval and site execution
Reconcile materials weekly/monthly (reinforcement, shuttering, concrete, electrical, etc.)
Prepare measurement bills for contractors and sub-contractors
Provide weekly and monthly progress reports to owners, flagging issues early with proposed solutions
Represent the owners on site, translating their and the architect's requirements into execution
Manage multiple concurrent work fronts across Hollow Oak, Riverside Resort, and the new site
What We're Looking For
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent); a diploma with strong hands-on site experience also considered
6+ years in construction site/project management; hotel or resort project experience preferred
Comfortable working in hill/mountain terrain
Working knowledge of BOQ, BBS, material reconciliation, and measurement billing
Strong communication skills, with the confidence to liaise directly with owners and architects
