Are you a talented Graphic Designer with a passion for transforming educational content into visually stunning and engaging experiences? Knowzies is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer - eLearning Specialist to join our team and elevate the visual design of our world-class learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design engaging visual content, including illustrations, infographics, icons, and layouts for eLearning modules, presentations, and digital learning assets.
Create and edit graphics, animations, and visual elements aligned with instructional design storyboards and learning content.
Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and the Animation team to produce high-quality learning materials.
Develop user-friendly interfaces (UI) and visual elements for eLearning courses that enhance learner engagement.
Ensure brand consistency by following client-specific branding guidelines across all design outputs.
Edit and enhance images, videos, and multimedia assets as per project requirements.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve visual content quality.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas.
Skills and Experience Required:
8 to 12 years, including at least 2-3 years in a team lead / people management role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (English language proficiency is a must).
Strong drawing and sketching skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects.
Strong illustration skills.
Ability to work effectively as a team player.
Willingness to take on new challenges.
Team leadership and people management skills.
Smart working and problem-solving abilities.
Strong project and resource planning skills.
A positive attitude and a smiling personality.
Good to Have:
Knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Rise, or other eLearning authoring tools.
