Digital Product Designer (m/f/x)

Work closely with Product and Engineering and take ownership of design work from problem framing through to delivery and iteration
Use qualitative and quantitative insights to understand customer needs, test assumptions and improve customer and business outcomes
Create simple, accessible and engaging experiences, including polished UI, flows, prototypes and meaningful interaction details
Evolve our design system to ensure a coherent experience across products and platforms
Collaborate with engineers during implementation with clear specifications and design guidance, and review the final experience against our quality bar
Use AI responsibly throughout the design process, knowing when and how it adds value
Manage your work effectively, communicate progress and coordinate priorities and timelines with relevant stakeholders
A portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft, product thinking, collaboration, your individual contribution and the outcomes of your work
Experience designing for native mobile platforms and responsive web, with a strong understanding of platform conventions and technical constraints
Practical experience with discovery, user research and usability testing, and the ability to turn ambiguity into clear, well-considered design directions
Excellent Figma skills, including components, variables, interactive prototyping and design-system workflows. Experience creating motion or micro-interaction studies is a plus
Fluent in English; German is a plus
Experience in fintech, regulated products, or other trust-sensitive domains is a plus
