Role Description The Senior SAP Consultant role at Thoughtquad is a contract, remote position focused on delivering high-quality SAP solutions to clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing and optimizing SAP business processes, and configuring SAP modules to meet client needs. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to define master data structures, ensure accurate data maintenance, and manage integrations between SAP and other enterprise systems. This role also involves providing expert consulting advice, troubleshooting complex issues, preparing documentation, and supporting testing and user training to ensure successful solution adoption.

Candidates should possess consulting and stakeholder management skills to facilitate workshops, translate business needs into SAP capabilities, and provide clear recommendations.
Candidates should possess business process expertise to design, map, and optimize end-to-end processes within relevant SAP modules.
Candidates should possess master data management skills to define data models, maintain data quality, and govern core SAP master data objects.
Candidates should possess integration skills to connect SAP with external systems, manage interfaces, and ensure seamless data flows across platforms.
Relevant experience as a Senior SAP Consultant or similar role, with hands-on configuration in one or more SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or S/4HANA).
Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in distributed, remote teams and multicultural environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; professional SAP certifications are an advantage.
Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations, upgrades, or migrations, including testing, training, and post-go-live support.
