Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, will own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key product initiatives. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Business, Operations, Revenue, and Customer Success to identify high-impact opportunities and turn them into scalable, intuitive products.This is a hands-on role for a product thinker who can operate with ownership, speed, and clarity in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for key product areas.
Identify customer and business problems and translate them into impactful product solutions.
Drive the complete product lifecycle .
Partner closely with Engineering and Design to build scalable and customer-centric products.
Use data, customer insights, market trends, and product metrics to drive decisions.
Prioritise initiatives based on customer value, business impact, feasibility, and scalability.
Drive product adoption, engagement, efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align product priorities with Pidge’s growth and business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
6–8 years of experience in Product Management with strong end-to-end product ownership.
Experience in B2B, SaaS, logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, marketplace, mobility, fintech, or platform businesses is preferred.
Strong product sense with the ability to simplify complex problems into elegant solutions.
Strong analytical and commercial mindset with an understanding of product and business metrics.
Proven ability to work effectively with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-ownership environment.
