📌 Product Manager – Supply Chain & Integration
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join a major long-term transformation programme within one of the UK’s largest retail organisations.
This is a hands-on product role focused on modernising legacy platforms, supply chain transformation, and complex system integration. You’ll work closely with engineering managers, delivery leads, and senior business stakeholders to shape strategy and coordinate delivery across multiple teams.
Work Arrangement:
🌍 Location: Fully remote from Turkey
• Work Hours – 9 AM to 5 PM UK time
• Communication – Microsoft Teams and Slack
📅 Contract: 6 or 12 months initially, with extensions expected

What You’ll Work On
• Modernising and decommissioning complex legacy/mainframe applications
• Large-scale clothing allocation and replenishment transformation, including migration to Blue Yonder
• Commercial, logistics, and supply chain initiatives across multiple business areas
• Product strategy and delivery alignment across engineering and business teams
• Translating business needs into clear product direction while helping stakeholders understand technical dependencies and constraints
✅ What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Near-native English communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior UK stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience delivering legacy-to-modern transformation programmes across multiple teams
• Strong experience in at least ONE of these areas:
🔹 Back-End Data Integration – legacy systems, APIs, system integrations, streaming data and data pipelines
OR
🔹 Retail Supply Chain – stores, depots, distribution, stock/order management, replenishment or demand forecasting
✨ Nice to Have
• UK retail or e-commerce experience
• Planning/replenishment platform migration experience
• Blue Yonder exposure
• Experience owning operationally critical products rather than solely customer-facing applications

Someone who can comfortably move between technical and commercial conversations — understanding complex integrations and system dependencies while confidently working with senior business stakeholders.
