WE’RE HIRING: CAD Drafter (Revit & AutoCAD)
Are you an experienced Revit and AutoCAD Drafter with a strong eye for design and construction documentation? We're looking for a proactive and self-motivated professional to support a growing company involved in landscape and architectural modification and design. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently produce high-quality drawings while also assisting with administrative tasks to keep projects organized and on track.
Position Details:
Position: CAD Drafter
Employment Type: Full-Time
Rate: $9/hour (plus monthly bonus and allowance)
Schedule: TBD
Timezone: Must be willing to work a US Time Zone
Start Date: ASAP
Work Setup: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
Create 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other CAD software (Mainly Revit)
Draft architectural floor plans, elevations, and sections
Produce construction documents and permit drawings
Update and revise existing plans based on markups
Prepare construction documents
Assist architects/engineers
Draft layouts, details, and as-builts
Managing CAD Files
Ensure compliance with building codes or project requirements
Other Admin Tasks
Requirements
Proven experience as a Revit & AutoCAD Drafter in the architecture or construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction drawings and documentation
Experience in landscape design
Experience supporting architects and engineers throughout project development
Excellent organizational and file management skills
Self-guided, proactive, and highly motivated
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Good written and verbal English communication skills
