First Hire GTM - New Products (AI x Greentech) (m/f/d)

You turn new ideas into revenue at Reonic. Find the opportunity, test it, make it happen.
Looking for a role where you don't just support growth but actually own it? This is for you. You'll work directly with installers to uncover real problems, turn those insights into new products and services, and take them from first idea to go-to-market. Working closely with our Venture Development team, you'll have the freedom and responsibility to figure out what works - and the pace to make it happen.
Please note that for this role, C2 German proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.
What You’ll Do
- Go-to-market for new products and services inside our software. Which installers need this service? How do we reach them? What can we charge? What are the selling points? You don't find the answers at your desk, you find them by trying things.
- Customer immersion and spotting new revenue streams. Daily conversations with installers to find out where their processes really hurt, pressure-test ideas against reality, and sell what you've built together with the Venture Development team.
- Commercial responsibility. You figure out which model works: commission, fixed price, bundled pricing, or a partner share. And you see early whether a channel has enough potential to keep pushing.
- Cross-functional execution. You pull sales, marketing, tech, and external partners together around your topic and keep it moving. You're the one who calls the next step and makes sure it happens.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Native or C2-level German and fluent English.
- You've already brought something to market, or at least tried: your own project, a campaign, a product during an internship. What matters isn't the outcome, it's that you got going.
- Strong sense of ownership and impatient if things don't move fast.
- You'd rather talk to customers than build a theory at your desk.
- You're comfortable with open situations and get your own answers.
- Top university background with a clear entrepreneurial streak.
- First experience in sales, growth, or product is a plus, but not a must.
