HR Business Partner_MA

• Contribute to the development and execution of the business strategy, driving organizational capability development, and representing the people and organization dimension in the regional management team.
• Systematically drive Human Resources activities in whole employee journey (talent attraction, performance management, employee engagement/retention, leadership and associate development, succession planning etc.).
• Design and implement tailor-made solution according to business needs, it may include change management, culture breeding, organization intervention, etc.
• Collaborate with HR Corporate Expert and HRS for new initiatives in responsible business area.
• Leading the rewards expert topics in responsible countries in CN and APs region.
• Play active role in HR project as core member or consultant.
• Strategic thinking & acting, competence for organization diagnostic, organization co-design and change management
• Eye to eye level dialog with different level, good facilitation, and influencing skills
• Excellent self-organization to handle multi-task efficiently with high energy level, driven with positive enthusiasm and a pragmatic approach.
• Labor law and rewards expert knowledge, compensation scheme design and change management skill
• Bachelor or above, 8+ years solid professional experience in the HR function, fluent in English communicating and writing.
