Graphics Designer & Social Media Manager — Creative + AI Tools
xAverage Technologies builds AI voice-conversation platforms. We're a small, bootstrapped, early-stage team based in Bengaluru.
We're looking for someone to create our visual content and run our social media presence — from graphics and AI-generated video to regular posting and performance tracking.
What you'll do:
• Create graphics and visual content for our social media, product, and marketing needs, using traditional and AI based tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Nano-Banana and Canva.
• Generate short-form AI video content using tools like Google Flow, Runway, Nano Banana, and similar — for reels, product clips, and campaigns.
• Plan, schedule, and publish regular content across our social media channels.
• Track basic performance metrics (views, engagement, reach) and report on what's working.
What we're looking for:
• 03 – 05 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, video content creation, or social media management, or some combination of these.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop or similar design tools, and comfort with AI content-generation tools for images and video.
• Real experience running social media accounts — posting, scheduling, and basic engagement tracking.
• Comfortable in a small team, startup culture, wearing more than one hat.
Good to have:
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, or SEO basics.
• Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or InDesign.
• Prior experience at an early-stage startup or with a consumer brand.
