🎰 Senior Product Owner | iGaming / Slot Games
Dream Play is looking for a Senior Product Owner to take ownership of our slot products - from the first idea to production and release.
This is a hands-on product role, not a department management position. You’ll work closely with Game Design, Math, Art, Animation and Development teams and collaborate directly with the CEO and key stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
• Own product vision, strategy and roadmap for slot games
• Develop new game concepts, mechanics, USP and positioning together with Game Design
• Create GDDs and translate concepts into clear requirements for cross-functional teams
• Work with game mathematics: RTP, volatility, hit rate, bonus frequency, Max Win, jackpots
• Own and prioritize the backlog, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Coordinate multiple game production cycles from concept to release
• Work closely with Art, Math and Development to ensure product vision and quality
• Own pre-release / release readiness and participate in Go/No-Go decisions
• Analyze competitors, market trends and new product opportunities
• Present product concepts, priorities, risks and decisions to the CEO and Commercial team
• Contribute to product standards and mentor Game Designers and other specialists
What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Game Producer in iGaming / online casino / slot development
• Strong understanding of slot mechanics and iGaming products
• Solid knowledge of game mathematics and key slot metrics
• Experience taking products from concept to release
• Strong product thinking, analytical skills and ownership mindset
• Experience working with Game Design, Math, Art, Animation and Development
• Ability to make decisions independently and work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• English - Upper-Intermediate / Advanced
