Senior Vice President, Client Processing Manager

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Client Processing Manager to join our team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
• Manage a medium-to-large team or multiple small Client Processing teams
• Handle all aspects of client accounts, including solicitation, inquiries, transactional processing, and problem resolution
• Lead Client Processing activities through other managers or a large team of senior professionals
• Serve as a senior point of support for external clients whose issues were not resolved at a lower level
• Ensure work volume meets product/service standards, exceeds quality standards, and is properly reviewed and documented
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the experience for all stakeholders
• Recruit, guide, motivate, and develop staff, maximizing individual contribution, professional growth, and effective teamwork
• Provide input into departmental budgets and planning
• May develop business plans for team/group operations
• Manage one or more Client Processing teams
• Contribute to the achievement of team objectives
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• Advanced/graduate degree preferred
• Experience in people management
• Experience in brokerage processing preferred
• Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business
