Renewals Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Renewals Specialist based in United States.
This role is at the center of customer retention and expansion, owning the renewal process from initial outreach through negotiation and close. Working closely with Customer Success Managers, you will develop pricing strategies, prepare proposals and quotes, manage Sales Orders, and complete RFPs. You will help customers understand the value delivered through their learning programs while proactively identifying renewal risks and expansion opportunities. The role combines commercial judgment, relationship management, negotiation, and operational discipline in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. As you gain experience, you will take increasing ownership of SMB, mid-market, and eventually enterprise renewals. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to remove roadblocks and create a seamless renewal experience. Success in this position means improving retention, supporting account growth, maintaining an accurate pipeline, and making the renewal process more efficient and customer-centered.
