Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Golang Developer role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Golang Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs that power CornerstoneX’s AI Metahuman Concierge platform. Daily activities include writing clean, efficient Go code, integrating with internal and external services, optimizing performance, and ensuring system reliability and scalability. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver secure, maintainable features, as well as participating in code reviews, troubleshooting production issues, and improving development tools and workflows. The developer will contribute to technical documentation and help refine best practices for backend development within the team.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Golang for backend development, including experience with concurrency, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and data modeling for high-performance applications.
Familiarity with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Practical experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
Understanding of security best practices, performance tuning, and monitoring/observability tools.
Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and work effectively in a hybrid environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience building AI-driven or real-time interactive platforms is an advantage.
