Role Description The Information Technology Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Dholera, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure within the facility. This role involves managing network systems, supervising IT support activities, and ensuring secure, stable, and efficient technology environments for internal users and business processes. The IT Lead will coordinate incident resolution, perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues, and drive continuous improvement in IT services and systems performance. The position includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, implementing and monitoring security controls, and maintaining documentation for configurations, procedures, and compliance requirements. The IT Lead is expected to provide hands-on technical guidance, mentor team members, and support strategic IT initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Information Technology operations, including infrastructure management and systems administration.
Candidates should possess solid Network Administration and Network Security skills to manage, secure, and optimize network environments.
Candidates should possess advanced Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Candidates should possess effective Customer Service skills to support internal stakeholders and communicate technical issues clearly.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; professional certifications (such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or security certifications) are advantageous.
Experience leading IT teams or projects in enterprise or industrial environments, preferably within infrastructure-focused organizations.
Strong understanding of IT security best practices, cloud and datacenter environments, and monitoring/observability tools.
Ability to work on-site in Dholera, prioritize tasks, document processes thoroughly, and collaborate effectively with business and technology partners.
