Role Description The International Telesales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Begum Pur. This role involves handling inbound and outbound international calls, engaging prospective and existing patients or customers, and explaining Karma Ayurveda’s treatments, wellness programs, and product offerings in a clear and empathetic manner. The executive will be responsible for converting leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate call and sales records, and meeting defined sales and service targets. Daily tasks include responding to queries from international clients, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams for appointments or order processing, and ensuring that all communication aligns with the organization’s values and regulatory guidelines. The role also requires actively gathering customer feedback, identifying opportunities to improve patient experience, and contributing to continuous enhancement of telesales processes.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport over phone and digital channels.
Proficiency in telesales or call center operations, including lead follow-up, objection handling, and closing international sales.
Good command of spoken and written English; additional language skills are an advantage for international client interaction.
Customer service orientation, with patience, empathy, and the ability to handle sensitive health-related conversations professionally.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems, call logging, and online communication tools.
Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or Ayurvedic products is beneficial but not mandatory.
Ability to work on-site in Begum Pur on a full-time schedule, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.
Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
