Remote Technology Consultant - Independent Contract

Most people reading this will assume it is a technology role. It is not, and that is rather the point.
We work with experienced Australian professionals from consulting, technology and management backgrounds. People whose judgement transfers, and who would rather apply it independently than inside someone else's structure.
ABOUT THE ROLE
A self-directed, performance-based role in the personal development and leadership education sector. Remote across Australia, built around the commitments you already have.
Compensation is entirely results-based. It is not a salaried position, and it is not suited to everyone.
You would connect with prospective clients, guide them through an established process, and represent an award winning range of personal development and leadership programs.
WHO THIS IS FOR
You already hold the right to work in Australia, and you work Australian hours. At least 5 years in the professional workforce. Strong communication skills and a professional manner. Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own schedule. Around 15 hours a week. A genuine interest in personal growth and leadership.
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR
Graduates, and anyone seeking a salaried or hourly position. Applicants located outside Australia. Applications without Australian work rights are not progressed.
WHAT IS PROVIDED
Structured onboarding and ongoing mentorship. Established systems and full training. No prior industry experience required. A remote, portable virtual office. A strong internet connection is required. No cold calling and no pressure selling.
