As we continue expanding our presence in the US market, we're looking for talented individuals to join our growing US Professional Services team.
In this role, you'll work directly with customers across the US, understand how their businesses operate, and help design solutions that make their work simpler, smarter, and more scalable.
What You'll Do
Implement business solutions using monday.com.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Build workflows, automations, dashboards, integrations, and AI-powered solutions.
Work closely with US-based customers to understand their goals and translate them into practical solutions.
Lead implementation projects from discovery through delivery.
Collaborate with our global Professional Services team.
Learn how different businesses operate across a wide range of industries.
Continuously develop your consulting, technical, and problem-solving skills.
We're Looking For
Recent graduates or candidates at the beginning of their careers.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work directly with customers.
Curiosity, ownership, and a desire to learn.
Passion for technology, AI, and business processes.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a global team.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary: $100,000–$120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
