Role Overview98thPercentile is seeking an innovative Curriculum Pedagogy Head to lead our educational content strategy. We are specifically looking for leaders with strong backgrounds in Academic Operations or Learning & Development (L&D) who are highly proficient in leveraging AI to scale and optimize educational design.
Key Responsibilities
Design and oversee the execution of K-12 curriculum strategy across Math, English, Coding, and Public Speaking.
Lead Academic Operations and internal Learning & Development initiatives to ensure educators are equipped with cutting-edge pedagogical frameworks.
Actively integrate Generative AI tools into curriculum development, content scaling, and operational workflows to drive efficiency.
Bridge the gap between academic design and business operations, ensuring educational outcomes align with growth targets.
Evaluate and iterate on teaching methodologies to maintain 98thPercentile's competitive edge in the US market.
Requirements
Demonstrated leadership experience in Academic Operations, Learning & Development, or Curriculum Design.
High AI Proficiency: Must demonstrate explicit, hands-on experience using Generative AI tools to optimize workflows, create content, or streamline operations.
Strong understanding of K-12 educational frameworks and modern pedagogical trends.
Exceptional operational leadership with the ability to manage cross-functional academic teams.
Strict alignment with the compensation bandwidth (maximum 25 LPA)
