Live Event Coordination Internship

Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic intern for our Live Event Coordination Internship position. This unpaid internship is ideal for College or University students interested in coordinating live events and supporting logistical operations within the entertainment industry. The intern will gain hands-on experience in booking shows, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring successful live performances.
Responsibilities:
Assist in booking shows and scheduling artist performances.
Coordinate event logistics including venue arrangements and equipment setup.
Support the execution of live events to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a College or University program in event management, hospitality, or related fields.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
