About the Role
Do you have an eye for spotting a boring deck, an awkward layout, or a design that just isn’t working?
If you have the eye for it, you’ll fit right in.
We’re looking for a Junior Designer who enjoys creating graphics and can move comfortably between different kinds of work with the ability to work fast and have quick turn around by using smart processes.
On one day, you could be designing a presentation. On another, you could be working on a social media carousel, an event banner or a website visual.
You don’t need to come in knowing every design tool out there. But have an eye for visual storytelling and be curious enough to figure things out at a quick pace.
You'll fit in well if you
Have a good eye for typography, spacing, hierarchy, composition, and colour.
Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe software like Illustrator, Photoshop.
Comfortable creating and redesigning presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Ability to look at a design, identify what isn't working, and figure out how to improve it.
Ability to understand a brief and start working without needing every step to be explained.
Comfortable working across different visual styles depending on the brand or client.
Ability to work at a good pace while still paying attention to the details.
Ability to handle multiple deliverables and plan your time based on priority and timelines.
Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions.
Able to work independently once the requirement and direction are clear.
Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with the team online.
Good to Have
Basic motion design or video editing skills.
Basic understanding of UI design and working with components in Figma.
Experience using AI creative tools for ideation, image generation, video, or other parts of your design process.
Experience creating social media content, presentations, campaigns, reports, brochures, or event collaterals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
1 to 2 years of hands-on design experience.
Your portfolio matters. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
