Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Business Analyst with 7-12 years of experience in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure successful delivery.
Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, SRS, use cases, and wireframes where required.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
7-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT services environment.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
