Job Title: Cluster Finance & Operations Head
Location: Kenya
Key Requirements
CA qualified with 12+ years of experience.
Proven experience managing finance and operations across a cluster of hospitals, clinics, or healthcare facilities.
Strong expertise in financial management, budgeting, MIS, compliance, cost control, and operational performance.
Experience leading multi-location teams and driving business and operational efficiency.
Strong knowledge of Kenyan healthcare regulations and financial compliance preferred.
