Role Description The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with B2B partners to sell company's existing accommodations and packages in and around Siliguri. This full-time, on-site role involves prospecting new partners, conducting sales meetings and presentations, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring partner satisfaction and retention. The Senior Sales Executive will monitor market trends, gather feedback from partners and travelers, and collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and product) to improve offerings and address partner challenges. The role includes preparing sales reports, tracking performance against targets, and optimizing the partner portfolio to support business expansion. The individual will represent SAY Rooms & Homes in local networks and industry events to enhance brand visibility and build strategic relationships.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.
Experience in relationship management and customer success, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with hospitality providers.
Knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry, ideally with prior exposure to field visit and partnered with Travel Agents and Corporates.
Proficiency with basic digital tools and CRM or sales tracking systems, and comfort working with data to analyze performance and trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and convey value propositions clearly.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including prioritizing multiple accounts and meeting sales targets.
Ability to work independently on-site in Siliguri, with readiness for local travel to meet partners and explore new opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
Prior experience in a similar sales role within travel, hospitality, or technology-driven platforms is highly beneficial.
