Senior Executive - Instrumentation
Job Description
To take care of Plant maintenance activities including instruments failures, replacement, maintenance of PLC / HMI / SCADA and documentation
Key Roles & Responsibilities
To take care of Plant maintenance activities including instruments failures, replacement, maintenance of PLC / HMI / SCADA and documentation in Unit 1 & 2.
To ensure maintenance, calibration schedules & related activities in the assigned blocks.
Support for the external agencies, related to the calibration agencies.
Support for metrological related activities of stamping.
Ensuring closure of CCF s & CAPA.
Preparation of the calibration schedules.
Take care of deviations, investigations & closures as per time lines.
Follow up with vendors for material and services as per job requirement.
Timely closure of all activities.
Ensure timely purchase requisitions as per supply and service requirements.
Ensure that all Calibration activities are completed within the scheduled time lines and adherent to calibration policy.
Verification and measurement certification of vendor bills as per ARC/Quotation.
Ensure Critical Spares for breakdown maintenance.
Ensure the Instrumentation systems to meet all online GMP documentation, QMS, EHS, OHC and regulatory requirements.
Support the peers for activities as and when required within the plant.
Ensure engineering documents (Electrical drawings and manuals) availability to support breakdown activities in shift.
