Technical Support Engineer

This role combines technical troubleshooting, customer support, infrastructure expertise, and Web3 technology in a high-scale environment. You will own customer issues ranging from straightforward product questions to complex blockchain, infrastructure, and integration challenges. Working with logs, CLI tools, scripting, Linux, and local proxies, you will investigate and reproduce issues and drive them toward resolution. When problems require engineering support, you will translate customer impact and technical findings into clear, actionable information for development teams. You’ll also contribute to documentation, automation, monitoring, and improvements that make support faster and more consistent. The role offers broad exposure to high-performance global infrastructure serving billions of requests and provides opportunities to work closely with Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, and TechOps teams. You’ll be part of a collaborative remote environment where ownership, proactive problem-solving, and clear communication are highly valued.
