Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure across energy-related projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, managing schedules and resources, and ensuring timely expediting of materials, equipment, and documentation. The role involves supervising logistics activities, inspection processes, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, as well as preparing progress reports and risk assessments for leadership. The Project Manager will continuously identify process improvements, support cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and documentation.
Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee quality checks, compliance standards, and technical verification at various project stages.
Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to manage transportation, scheduling, and supply chain activities across project sites.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.
Experience in energy, oil & gas, petrochemicals, or related industrial sectors, with familiarity in large-scale or complex projects.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities, with proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a multidisciplinary environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining safety and quality.
