Role Description
Events :
 Work in tandem with other teams like Production, Operations and Client Servicing for churning out brilliant out of the box visual concepts.
 To deliver creative design solutions on project basis for Events:
Invite Design
SET Design – Backdrop, Entrance, Theme Based Props
Memento
 Should be able to work independently from conceptualization to execution with minimum support/mentoring.
 Designing and sketching the entire event and provide an end to end creative solution based on the creative brief.
 Interact with clients to ensure clarity in client brief (whenever required)
 Ensuring that designs are applicable as per production standards.
 Work in tandem with the Productions team for sizes.
 Take back-up of artwork in designated format and maintain the same
 Recee at production house to ensure design
 Onsite Set up to ensure implementation
 Maintaining and updating database, sketches, inventory, books and stationary.
Qualifications
Expertise in 3D Design and 3D Modeling
Proficiency in creating lighting effects and animations
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, or similar tools
Experience in the entertainment, media, or event industry is a mandate
