Role Description The Management Intern role is a full-time remote position responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of academic and skill-building programs at PawnRace Academy. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with scheduling classes and events, maintaining student records and progress reports, and coordinating communication between mentors, learners, and internal teams. The intern will help streamline processes, prepare presentations and reports, and contribute to operational improvements across different learning domains. Additional responsibilities may include supporting marketing initiatives, collecting and analyzing feedback, and helping build a structured, learner-centered experience. This role offers hands-on exposure to education management, program operations, and organizational development in a growing edtech environment.
