EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Buyer in Alexandria, Virginia, who will own the RFQ process throughout the proposal lifecycle for federal government contracts. This role is pivotal in supporting capture, pricing, and proposal teams by sourcing subcontractors and vendors, developing RFQ packages, and ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS requirements. The Buyer will analyze market trends, pricing, negotiate terms, and maintain supplier relationships to deliver competitive and compliant solutions that strengthen our bids.
