Position: Officer - IDT
Location: Jajpur, Odisha
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Invoicing:-
Experience in generating domestic invoices.
Experience in generating export invoices.
Knowledge of commercial documents such as commercial invoice, packing list, delivery challan, etc.
Domestic vehicle movement documentation
Good understanding of documentation required for dispatch/movement of vehicles within India.
Knowledge of e-way bill, GST-related documents, delivery documents, LR/transport documents, etc.
Ability to coordinate with transporters and internal departments for dispatch documentation.
Export vehicle movement/documentation
Understanding of the complete export documentation process.
Familiarity with documents such as commercial invoice, packing list, shipping bill, transport documents, e-way bill, and other applicable export/statutory documents.
Understanding of documentation and compliance requirements from dispatch up to movement/export.
Statutory compliance
Working knowledge of GST and applicable statutory documentation.
Ability to ensure documents are accurate, complete, and compliant before vehicle dispatch.
SAP
Practical working knowledge of SAP, particularly transaction/processes related to sales, invoicing, dispatch, delivery, or logistics.
Candidate should be able to generate/check relevant documents in SAP rather than having only theoretical knowledge.
MS Office
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook/email.
Excel skills for maintaining dispatch records, reconciliation, MIS, and documentation tracking.
The candidate should be willing and able to work in rotational/shifting duties throughout their tenure with the organization, as required by business operations

Work arrangement
No
