What you will own
• Define end-to-end journeys, workflows, information architecture, navigation, interaction models,
and interface behavior across our digital product portfolio.
• Turn complex industrial monitoring, configuration, analytics, and alerting requirements into
experiences that feel clear, fast, trustworthy, and polished.
• Lead focused customer discovery, prototype rapidly, test critical assumptions, and use evidence
to shape product requirements before implementation becomes expensive.
• Set and evolve the visual and interaction direction of our software - typography, hierarchy,
layout, color, motion, data visualization, responsiveness, and states.
• Build a practical design system that accelerates delivery and creates consistency without
becoming a process-heavy project of its own.
• Partner directly with Product and Engineering from early exploration through shipped quality,
resolving gaps between design intent and production behavior.
AI-native is a core expectation
We expect you to use modern AI capabilities as part of your normal design and
product-building workflow. The goal is not to produce more artifacts. The goal is to
reach better decisions and ship excellent product experiences materially faster.
• Use AI for research synthesis, exploration, UX writing, prototyping, design-system work,
documentation, critique, implementation support, and repetitive production tasks.
• Create functional prototypes and lightweight front-end implementations when they help validate
an idea, expose edge cases, or communicate behavior better than static screens.
• Explore multiple credible directions quickly, then apply independent judgment to select, refine,
and defend the strongest solution.
• Build reusable prompts, workflows, scripts, components, or small internal tools that compound
the team's speed over time.
• Treat generated output as raw material: verify accuracy, accessibility, security, usability, and
relevance before it reaches customers.
• Continuously evaluate new tools and adopt them when they create meaningful leverage - not
because they are fashionable.
What we are looking for
• 5-8 years of strong product-design experience, with evidence of owning substantial product
areas from discovery through launch and iteration.
• A portfolio showing excellent product thinking, information architecture, interaction design,
visual craft, and shipped outcomes - not only polished screens.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces without losing
essential context or control.
• Strong command of Figma, component-based design, responsive behavior, accessibility,
interaction states, and design systems.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted tools to compress research, exploration, prototyping,
documentation, or implementation cycles.
• Enough technical fluency to collaborate deeply with engineers; working knowledge of HTML and
CSS is expected, while JavaScript or modern front-end frameworks is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, clear design rationale, and comfort making
decisions under ambiguity and time pressure.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise software, industrial applications, IoT, monitoring
platforms, analytics, dashboards, or other operational products is valuable.
