Role Description
Oversees the installations and optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations of our varied products at customer sites.
Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems.
Monitors the Performance, maintenance and repairs.
Ensures customer satisfaction by advising
customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance.
Proactively responds to potential equipment issues.
Deliver fully integrated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications,
operating systems and applications software.
Train other field engineers and customers in the solutions
Travel during normal working hours to accounts based on a weekly schedule.
Co-ordinate closely with sales and application team for necessary operational requirements
Qualifications
A BE or B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication or Instrumentation or Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 1-3 years of experience.
Verbal and written communication is clear.
respectful and timely.
Enjoy travelling and visiting customers.

Computer knowledge
-Networking knowledge
-Documentation
Good knowledge in installing and uninstalling programs
Must have Knowledge in IP Setup,IP Address configuration and Ping commands
