About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Software Developer with 2+ years of experience in software development, automation, CRM customization, and AI-driven workflows.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM/Creator, Python, SQL, APIs, workflow automation, and Agentic AI frameworks.
🔑 Key Responsibilities & Skills
2+ years of experience in software development and automation
Strong experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho One & Deluge
CRM configuration, customization, and implementation
Strong knowledge of Python
Good understanding of MySQL/PostgreSQL or similar SQL databases
Experience designing and implementing Agentic AI workflows using n8n
Hands-on experience with AWS Ubuntu/Linux environments
Knowledge of Ubuntu CLI, SSH, server administration & application deployment
Experience with REST APIs, webhooks & third-party integrations
Understanding of OAuth, API Keys & API authentication
Familiarity with Git & version control
Exposure to LLMs, AI Agents, MCP and automation frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Good communication and documentation skills
🎓 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
2+ years of experience in Zoho development, customization & implementation
Zoho CRM / Zoho Creator certifications are preferred but not mandatory
