This is an embedded firmware role, not a general software-development role. You should be someone who has written and debugged firmware close to real hardware — not application, web, or backend software. If your background is in general application development, web development, or data/IT roles with no embedded or microcontroller work, please do not apply. This posting is exclusively for embedded firmware engineers with a defence/aerospace-relevant background (ECE, EEE, or Embedded Systems).
Minimum Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech — ECE, EEE, or Embedded Systems with CGPA 7.5+ (or equivalent) — applications below this will not be considered
2+ years of hands-on embedded firmware experience (real, shipped firmware on physical hardware — not coursework or simulation-only projects)
What You'll Be Doing
Embedded firmware development in C/C++ for ARM Cortex, STM32, TI, and NXP microcontroller platforms
RTOS-based and bare-metal application development for real-time embedded systems
Implementing and debugging communication interfaces — UART, SPI, I²C, CAN, and Ethernet
Bootloader development and firmware debugging at the hardware-software boundary
Embedded system testing — unit-level, integration, and hardware-in-the-loop
Version control (Git) for firmware codebases across development teams
Working with mission-critical or rugged embedded systems for defence/aerospace end-use
You Must Have Hands-On Experience With
Embedded C/C++ on ARM Cortex, STM32, TI, or NXP microcontrollers
RTOS and at least two of: UART, SPI, I²C, CAN, Ethernet
Defence, aerospace, or other mission-critical/rugged embedded systems environment — strongly preferred
