Senior Rebar Detailer

The Role
We're looking for a Sr. Rebar Detailer who can take on assigned work independently, keep drawings accurate and on schedule, and be a reliable point of contact between the field and the Team Lead. This is a role for someone who's done the reps — you know rebar detailing inside out and don't need much hand-holding to get it right.
Education: BE / Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering
Experience: 6–10 years
Software: RebarCAD / RGSCAD
Standards: ACI Standard
What You'll Be Doing
Join job kick-off discussions with your Team Lead, flag project challenges early, and run with your assigned work — minimal guidance, high accuracy
Prepare clean, accurate detailing; raise and track RFIs (and keep the log current)
Self-check your own drawings before they go out, then submit finals to your TL
Keep contract drawing logs and Rebar reports up to date after every submission
Estimate the time needed for Change Orders and give your TL a realistic timeline
If work gets reshuffled, keep your TL in the loop so nothing slips through the cracks
Stay on top of your work status and timesheets — no chasing needed
