About the Role
MDN Salesforce Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing Real Estate Sales Team at our Baner, Pune office.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, and other sources.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
Conduct client meetings, property visits, and site visits.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales closure.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales activities.
Candidate Requirements
6 months to 1 year of relevant real estate sales experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Knowledge of the Pune real estate market will be an advantage.
Candidates comfortable with field sales and client meetings are preferred.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
