Are you an experienced Factory HR Leader who can drive HR governance, people excellence, compliance, capability development and performance management across multiple manufacturing plants?
We are looking for a Head – Factory HR & HR Excellence to lead HR excellence across Noida, Kolkata & Jammu.
🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead monthly & quarterly HR audits across three plants
• Drive HR SOP compliance with a target of 95%+
• Establish and govern KRA/KPI frameworks for HODs & Managers
• Lead PMS, KPI reviews and incentive governance
• Drive manpower planning, recruitment & succession planning
• Manage labour administration, statutory compliance & contractors
• Build skill matrices, multi-skilling & second-line leadership
• Own the Training Academy, LMS & capability development
• Ensure smooth factory HR operations — attendance, payroll inputs, OT, transfers & exits
• Implement DMS, MOS, Tier Meetings & HR Excellence systems
• Strengthen employee engagement, welfare, grievance management & retention
• Drive HR MIS, analytics & three-plant governance reviews
