Job Description and Skill Set:
Required Skills: SAP Integration Suite (CPI), API Management, SAP BTP Architecture
Experience: 8–10+ Years
Responsibilities:
8–10+ years of SAP Integration experience with expertise in SAP Integration Suite, PI/PO, and enterprise integration architecture.
Lead multiple full lifecycle SAP implementation, migration and transformation programs.
Design enterprise-wide integration architecture and governance models.
Deep expertise in SAP Integration Suite services including Cloud Integration, API Management, Open Connectors, Event Mesh and Integration Advisor.
Drive integration strategy for S/4HANA transformation and cloud migration initiatives.
Define integration standards, reusable frameworks, monitoring and security practices.
Provide solution design, technical leadership, and mentorship to development teams.
Experience in effort estimation, planning, risk management, and delivery management.
Work closely with enterprise architects, business stakeholders and project leadership.
Strong consulting, presentation, and customer-facing experience.
Proven ability to lead distributed teams and manage complex integration landscapes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
