Nameless Ventures are partnered up with a global iGaming powerhouse who are looking for an Incident & Reliability Lead with a strong SRE/DevOps background to lead major production incidents and improve the reliability of a large-scale technology platform.
This is not a traditional ITIL role - they’re looking for someone technically hands-on who can investigate complex production issues and take control when things go wrong.

You will have experience in the likes of SaaS, Fintech, Payments, B2B Platforms, Marketplaces or other heavy regulated digital businesses.
6+ years of experience in SRE/DevOps/Platform capacities with demonstrable experience in Incident Response.
The ideal candidate is a senior technical generalist who understands modern production environments, can confidently navigate complex technical issues, knows when to get hands-on, and can bring engineering teams together while communicating effectively with senior stakeholders.
