Custom Software Engineer - ServiceNow ITOM Service

Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.
Requirements:
Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Service Mapping.
Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software components.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within integrated systems.
Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools related to IT operations management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software design and implementation.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Service Mapping.
A 15 years full time education is required.
