🚨 Job Opportunity | Oracle Essbase Developer (ASO/BSO) | Hyderabad

Role: Oracle Essbase Developer
Location: Hyderabad
Experience Required: 7+ years
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
7+ years of experience in developing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.
3+ years of experience developing and supporting Essbase reporting solutions.
Demonstrated ability to lead or assist in resolving complex technical problems.
Strong focus on assuring quality, security, and compliance requirements in Essbase reporting solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, debug, and document solutions using Agile development practices.
Manage the full life-cycle of multidimensional financial reporting and analytical application projects: requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, rollout, documentation, and maintenance.
Work extensively with Essbase OLAP platform (ASO/BSO): outline design, load rules, MaxL scripts, partitions, calc scripts, security, tuning, optimization, and Smart View Add-In for Excel.
Develop Star schema designs and relational database models in Oracle or SQL Server.
Source hierarchy and fact data from file-based and relational sources, including Metadata Management Systems like DRM.
Automate Essbase database outline builds, data loads, and aggregations using UNIX/Linux shell scripting.
Build automation processes with CA Autosys.
Collaborate with financial services teams to support industry-specific requirements.
Nice-to-Have Skills
✔ Python (Automation / Data Validation) ✔ BPA Automate ✔ Oracle EPM – Planning / Financial Reporting / ODI ✔ CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control & release management ✔ Experience in Financial Services / Banking domain ✔ Knowledge of SOX controls, audit processes & regulatory compliance
