ML Technical Lead
Location: Remote | Employment: Full-time

About the Role:
ACHNET India is looking for an experienced ML Technical Lead to lead the development and deployment of scalable AI/ML and GenAI solutions. The role combines hands-on technical work with team leadership and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end ML/GenAI lifecycle - data, development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
Design and develop scalable ML, NLP, LLM, and Deep Learning applications.
Build LLM solutions using prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases.
Deploy and scale applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
Lead, mentor, and guide engineers through technical planning, code reviews, and best practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI/ML solutions.
Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML and GenAI technologies.
Must-Have Skills:
8+ years of relevant experience with 4+ years in technical leadership.
Strong Machine Learning, NLP, LLM, and Deep Learning expertise.
Strong understanding of DSA and problem-solving.
Experience with end-to-end ML/MLOps pipelines.
Hands-on experience with LLM applications, RAG, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/Azure/GCP.
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps for ML applications.
Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams.

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience is also considered.
