Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced FP&A Training Developer with strong expertise in SAP Enable Now and Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes to develop role-based learning solutions supporting Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting transformation initiatives. This role will work closely with Finance SMEs, Process Owners, and Change Management teams to create engaging learning content and drive user readiness.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop SAP Enable Now simulations, e-learning modules, QRGs, job aids, and process documentation.
• Create training content for FP&A processes and finance systems.
• Translate complex finance processes into clear, user-friendly learning solutions.
• Support training deployment, user readiness, and post-go-live adoption activities.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to validate content accuracy and business relevance.
• Maintain content governance, quality standards, and learning repositories.

Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in Training Development, Learning Enablement
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP Enable Now development experience.
• Strong understanding of FP&A, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Experience supporting Finance Transformation, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Finance, or EPM implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and instructional design skills.
