The Role
As an Independent Consultant, you will work remotely within the personal and professional development sector.
Your focus will include:
Building and developing professional client relationships
Connecting with prospective clients and conducting initial conversations
Implementing digital marketing and client-acquisition strategies
Following structured business development processes
Managing your own schedule, activity and priorities
Participating in ongoing training and professional development
Working independently while being supported by an established international network
Full training and ongoing support are provided.
Who We're Looking For

Have established professional experience, particularly in healthcare, nursing, education, leadership, management or a similarly demanding field
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Are comfortable taking responsibility and using your own initiative

Opportunity Structure
This is a fully remote, independent contractor opportunity rather than a salaried employment position.
Compensation is performance-based, with earnings linked to individual client-acquisition and business-development results. There is no fixed salary or hourly wage.
You will have flexibility in how you organise your working schedule and can develop the role around existing commitments.
