WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an experienced (Senior) Property Manager to join our P3 team in Poland - Warsaw.
SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU
Property Management services in relation to the real estate properties owned by P3.
Third parties’ legal documentation agenda related to administration and maintenance of the properties.
Documentation related to suppliers' invoices.
Tenants’ documentation (update, collect, check).
Technical operation and maintenance documentation / agenda.
Planning, and coordinating technical operation and maintenance of the properties.
Insurance documentation/agenda administration.
Close and effective communication and coordination with all P3 departments (especially with the financial and management teams).
Other tasks assigned by the management of the company.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE
Minimum 5 years of experience in Property Management within relevant sectors such as industrial, retail, or office real estate.
Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to work independently and effectively resolve issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Client-oriented mindset with a collaborative and service-focused approach.
Technical knowledge or experience is considered an advantage.
Valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel as required.
Fluent Polish (native or bilingual level) and professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
