Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Garhmukteshwar. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for preparing designs, drawings, and technical specifications for civil works, including foundations, structures, roads, and drainage systems. Daily tasks include planning and overseeing site activities, coordinating with project managers, contractors, and survey teams, and ensuring work adheres to design standards, safety regulations, and applicable codes. The role involves reviewing construction progress, resolving technical issues, conducting inspections, and updating project documentation. The Civil Engineer will also assist in cost estimation, material selection, and scheduling to support efficient project execution.
Qualifications
Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills, including ability to develop plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
Experience working in teams of Civil Engineers, with strong collaboration and coordination capabilities.
Planning skills for project scheduling, resource allocation, and site activity management.
Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage design principles.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and construction safety practices.
Proficiency in engineering and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
Ability to work on-site in Garhmukteshwar and adapt to field conditions.
