AI and Automation Specialist

TWC is looking for an AI & Automation Specialist who can turn everyday operational problems into practical AI-powered solutions.
You’ll work across teams to understand how work gets done, identify repetitive or inefficient processes, and build solutions that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and help our teams work more effectively.
We’re looking for someone who is curious, analytical, and comfortable experimenting with emerging AI technologies — but more importantly, someone who can build solutions that people will actually use.
What You'll Do:
Identify repetitive, manual, or inefficient workflows that can be improved through AI and automation.
Work with team members to understand existing processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.
Design, build, test, and maintain AI-powered workflows and internal solutions.
Integrate existing company systems using APIs, webhooks, databases, and available integrations.
Build solutions for use cases such as document and email processing, data extraction, summaries and reports, request routing, follow-ups, research, internal assistants, and quality checks.
Ensure solutions fit naturally into existing workflows instead of creating additional administrative work.
Troubleshoot workflow failures, integration issues, and inaccurate AI outputs.
Maintain clear documentation for workflows, integrations, and troubleshooting.
Research and evaluate new AI capabilities that could provide value to TWC.
Continuously improve existing solutions based on feedback, performance, and changing business needs.
What We're Looking For:
Experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, integrations, internal tools, or similar solutions.
Familiarity with generative AI and large language models such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies.
Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and system integrations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand business processes and translate operational problems into practical solutions.
Strong attention to detail, especially when testing workflows and AI-generated outputs.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members.
Comfortable learning and experimenting with rapidly evolving AI technologies.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages.
Experience working with SQL, databases, analytics platforms, or data pipelines.
Experience building AI agents, internal assistants, or tool-enabled workflows.
Familiarity with prompt engineering, structured outputs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or AI evaluation.
Experience working with operational or data-heavy teams.
Understanding of data privacy, security, access controls, and responsible AI practices.
