Job Description:
Are you a psychologist ready to go beyond the traditional academic skill set and truly make a difference in society? As part of our team, you will extend our services by presenting our vision and mission to top educators across the country. You will be responsible for developing the best marketing strategies, delivering presentations & training to audiences of all age groups, including children, parents, and teachers. Additionally, we require you to demonstrate excellent managing and coordination skills and be a strong team player and should be comfortable traveling from cities to remote areas as needed.
Requirements:
Looking for two psychologists in Punjab, specifically in areas- Chandigarh/ Ludhiana/ Jalandar/ Amritsar who will be serving as either a Program Coordinator or Program Manager, or Sr. Program Manager.
Must know Punjabi.
2+ years of experience in child psychology (additional consideration if well-versed in Social-Emotional Learning).
Passionate about teaching and child development.
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate sessions with children and adults.
Ability to organize and conduct meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
Strong follow-up system with educational institutions and other organizations via calls, emails, texts, and meetings.
Capable of content creation and curriculum development aligned with the company's objectives.
Ability to deliver the company’s concept to various educators effectively.
Experience generating ideas for social media marketing and content development (posts, videos) based on the company’s mission, with the aim of raising awareness in the Mental Health sector.
Excellent communication skills.
Candidates should be proficient in creating professional documents (e.g., lesson plans) and using Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Canva is a bonus.
Comfortable with traveling extensively, both within the appointed area and outstation, including travelling alone in remote or urban areas, using various modes of transportation as decided by the company (for example: travelling in buses, trains, cabs or flights). All travel expenses will be covered by the company.
